I have stayed here often on business and I have yet to be
disappointed with my stay. The housekeeping staff does
a god job in keeping the rooms clean and smelling
pleasant.

The staff is friendly. It is located within one exit from
all types of restaurants. And finally, the rates are
well below what other chains are charging.

I have stayed at this motel several times, but when I arrived there this time, the entrance was gone, although the sign was still there. I eventually turned around, which was not an easy feat on a busy divided street. On my second pass I noticed a low banner announcing the entrance was now at the stoplight and then left. There was also a banner back at the second left, but neither would be visible after night. The motel could do a lot to improve this situation, and I presume they will. The rooms are clean, and there are three large designated potty areas for dogs that include trash cans and always-empty poop bag dispensers. (Why bother?) There seemed to be a lot of constant coming and going at the motel this time, and I did not feel as secure as during previous visits. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend although with some reservations.

This hotel offered a nice quiet getaway for a friend and I to go shopping. We enjoyed the room and the staff. The only downfall was no pool. And It was a little hard to get into. However it is a nice place to stay for two or three days.

Like many RRI's, this is a "no-frills" type of room, which serves me just fine. Clean room? Check. Hot shower? Check. Comfortable bed? Check. ESPN? Check. Quiet room? Check.
For the price paid, RRI can't be beat. The only "oddball" thing about this hotel is that they changed the entrance road, and my GPS was not updated yet, so I had to do a bit of driving around.
The hotel is located right next to a college (Clemson) campus for technology. The campus is beautiful and there were joggers/walkers out all weekend enjoying the area.
The location is fine, within two miles of any fast food you would want, plus some popular chain restaurants like Olive Garden and Applebees.
