The Holiday inn was in a great location. If you are judging strictly on location, this hotel is a great choice for the price. You can walk anywhere downtown without too much trouble. Easy parking and clean room. The bedding was sufficient, but could have been more comfortable. The staff was average. I would stay here again.

We were delighted with our room. We enjoyed the whirlpool and spacious size. The lady serving the breakfast was so friendly. The cleaning staff was courteous and helpful.
Our only disappointment was the lack of cooling with the refrigerator. The hotel advertises a refrigerator and it is only a "chiller" at best. We complained to the front desk and did not have any success with cooling our unit down. The ice machine was our salvation and we used it it keep our small cooler filled.
Our overall experience was wonderful! The distance to the shops, eateries, and park is a real bonus. We enjoyed walking to the Falls Park each morning. .We plan to return!

Great hotel located close to downtown. I stayed here while visiting Greenville Hospital, which is approximately 10 minutes away. Breakfast was great, with waffles, muffles, bagels, fruit, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

yes the lady name teresa was very helpful and friendly but how ever that short hair girl that was tall was very rude to us and my family and friends and the food was amazing other than that i loved the stay
