We stopped at this Hampton Inn to rest up on our way home. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. You are right next door to Cracker Barrel and an outlet mall. The hotel clerk even gave us a discounted rate without a coupon.

I stayed in this hotel 9 or 10 times in March-May 2008 each time for 3 nights. The hotel is standard Hampto Inn but cleaner than some others I have stayed in. Location is convenient- you can walk to a Cracker Barrell and to the mall nearby (about 10-15 minutes) which has an Outback.
Breakfast was okay- I liked the grab-n-go breakfast better which came with a bottled water and some other stuff.
The only negative during all my visits was that the fire alarm went off one night. I went down to the reception at about 1 AM and turned out to be a system malfunction

Competent, quiet & clean hotel next to a highway junction. We chose a room with a kitchen area which included a full size and rather noisy refrigerator. Gaffney is an unremarkable town so you would need a specific reason to choose to stay there.

While driving to Atlanta, Georgia, we needed a place to stay by the time we reached Gaffney, South Carolina. We saw a sign for the Hampton Inn and decided to try it. This is a relatively new place, very clean, very helpful staff. The room on the first floor was large, with enough space for a sofa, desk, king-size bed, great bedding. There was a microwave and fridge. Free wireless service. In our room was a free bottle of water and a pack of crackers.

The room was really as nice as a Westin where we recently stayed.
A breakfast bar had a surprising variety of hot and cold choices. We will definitely stay at Hampton Inns again.
