The room was very clean and large we had a great view of Carowinds. It had a good continental hot breakfast. Would reccomend.

I have to compliment the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful when I checked in. I was assigned to another room, but arrived earlier in the day...they put me in a room that had just be cleaned. The breakfast area was well stocked. The overall value for the money was good. The room looked a little dated and there wasn't the flat screen TV that I had seen in another review, but overall I can't complain.

The one negative was the walk to the pool. When you went out the back door all you saw was a parking lot...we didn't realize the walkway would take you around to the pool (it looked like it didn't go anywhere).

Stayed there two nights in early May for a visit to attend a funeral of a close friend. I came back to my room on the second day only to find that my room had been burglarized. Most of my belongings were taken and what was left was thrown all over the room. 7 rooms were ransacked that day by a relative of an employee of the hotel. That same day the housekeeping people never cleaned the room or attempted to help. The management of the hotel offered NO help or reimbursement. The owner, Mewa Mundi said too bad for you, take it up with the police. Choice Hotels International who franchise the Comfort Inns also offered very little help and has horrible customer service response. My experience at this motel cost me hundreds of dollars and I would suggest that you find somewhere safe and clean to stay. This place is scary!!! Read other reviews about this poorly managed place!

Checkin was fine. The place is clean and well kept. The staff was courteous and professional. The rooms were your normal motel rooms. They were very clean and in good shape. It was adjacent to the park which meant no parking fees. It was our second time there and we will go again.

The WiFi was great with a professional system installed.
