This is a nice clean hotel. The rooms are updated and roomy. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. WiFi is available with a code (we did not use it)
There is a breakfast offered. Hot foods and cereals, fruit and juices.
Check in was easy. Check out took a while. There was a $1.50 charge for using the safe in our room, which we did not use. We booked through HOTWIRE and the room was prepaid. For some reason this poor clerk could not remove the bogus charge (and he tried! and tried!, and called someone for help), or give is a statement with a zero balance. We left the hotel and did not know if this had been resolved.
COMFORT INN should be ashamed of themselves for charging for the use of a safe. How would they know if we used it or not? Why would it be any of their business? What else do they keep track of in our room? The more I thought about this; the less I liked the way this Comfort Inn does business. Do all Comfort Inns charge for safes in your room?
