We arrived 1 hours PAST CHECK IN and our room had NOT been cleaned. All dirity linens were piled on the bed, NO clean towels or bathroom. I had called 3 WEEKS ahead and booked 2 rooms (I asked for ajoining but was told none were available but I was told that we would be on the same floor close to each other). I spoke directly with the hotel to insure correct rooms and availablitiy. When were arrirved I learned that they had given one of my rooms to my brother so I only had 1 room. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done for the inconvienence. My brother was told were would not be charged for the room, but I was charged the full amount. NEVER recieved an apology from the hotel and Best Western customer service pretty said said "sorry, each hotel is respondsible for their own problems, but thanks for reporting it". What good is customer service if you don't get any??? Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and would not recommend it to anyone. Staff was VERY rude. Guess they don't like getting called on the mistakes. HATED IT!!!!

Stayed at several of the local Carowinds hotels and this is one of the cleanest and convenient. The breakfast buffet was mostly muffins and bagels. Room was clean and roomy. Would stay here again. Off the busy street and quiet

We stayed here on our way back from Florida based on the reviews on this site. It's a great hotel for the price. The only complaint is that there weren't any napkins out for breakfast. Our room was clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

We had carefully planned our route from Ontario to Florida, and depending on how the day went, had scoped out a few Best Westerns for our 1 night we would need to rest our heads.Onl the website, the rates were $65, but when we showed up at the door,at 9pm without a reservation, we were asked to pay $95.Were very tired at this point, so just did it. Room was clean,but considering we stayed at the Best Western Plus Beach Resort in Fort Myers Beach for just $30 more a night-come on!!- Give me a pool, beach,kitchen or something! Tv remote didn't work, and when i called front desk, she said no one could take care of it at that time. We figured out it was batteries, and replaced them ourselves. This is the only BW that i have been to that has so totally jacked up the price for walk ins.
