The hotel is conveniently located, just off I-95. The room is big enough for two adults and the towels were clean. Of course, we didn't expect it to be like the Hampton Inn we just stayed in. We had hot shower in the evening and waffle in the morning. It seemed to be off season and we had a quite night. The only thing below my expectation was the door. Any man can easily kick it open.

I would not stay anywhere else. the customor severice is excellecnt. this was my first stay. And I will be back againg and again. our rm was great. A large King bed I felt right at home. greeted with a smile from Ms. Carla and all the staff best hotel inFlorance I will be back I feel like Family THEY ARE GREAT!!!!!!!!!



Im Back for mother's day Wow the Best 2 weeks ever. the staff a hotel in Florenece. May both times I hve been the staff from even mamagement to housekeeping Carla,Susan Robin,Ray,Ms Tara and all other staff was great. I do plan to come back in the near further spring or summer of 2012 if not sooner. Thank You all for a great time

Glad I found this place! The people at the front desk have been super friendly and caring.

Good rates and a clean, quiet room. Large, new TV. Fresh paint inside and out made a good impression. I also noticed a clean, well-kept pool – too bad it’s winter time!

Housekeeping and maintenance folks are first class as well - helpful and cheerful and they seem to get along well with each other. That adds a lot to the overall family atmosphere of the place.

Extremely pet friendly with lots of large, quiet, safe, well-lit areas (grass and pavement) away from the highway to allow for a long, relaxing walk! That’s getting harder and harder to find in accommodations.

Love the spacious location – peaceful and quiet but still near restaurants and a large shopping mall. This place has the best of both worlds. My thanks to the Days Inn staff!

The first two rooms that we were shown had HUGE bugs in them and were filthy and had a horrible odour.the bathroom tiles were coming off and the curtains in the rooms were literally falling off the railings.When I called front desk there was no one there and finally when I went looking for someone to help me, I discovered that the front desk was locked and that the manager had stepped out to run an errand.We changed rooms but they still smelt awful and the baths did not drain water properly ! Overall a horrible stay, never again !
