We have stayed many times here on our trips to and from Florida. The rooms are always clean and the bathrooms are spotless with no mold. The free breakfast is good and made to order although the items are limited. Price is very reasonable for a one night stay.

We needed a place to stay at the last minute while traveling on I-95, and this hotel was available and inexpensive. So we stopped. Maybe in retrospect we should have paid a little more money. The beds were fairly uncomfortable, and other guests were quite loud late into the night, even after we called the front desk. Breakfast was as bland and tasteless an experience as I've had in a while, even for a continental breakfast. To the manager's credit, she did give us a break on the room when we reported our problems with noise at check-out.

We booked through the Swamp Fox Golf Package. They couldn't have been nicer. We had a second floor room, very clean. Breakfast was included and the buffet was excellent. Many hot items, all homemade. Their dinners are mostly buffet also, but extremely good. No one leaves hungry. The Ramada was loaded with many golf groups, so you may want to ask for a room away from all the golfers, if noise bothers you. The only down side is their lounge. It is extremely dark in there. Their prices in the lounge vary from night to night, server to server, even a repeat order can be a different price. This was the only downside to our stay.

We had read good reviews and were looking forward to a pleasant stay on our way to Florida. My husband got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and encountered a huge roach crawling on the sink vanity. He grew up in the South and is not easily upset by bugs but even he was distraught. The breakfast was also a disappointment. It was not the hot breakfast we thought it would be but rather the usual do it yourself fare. With one exception a staff member came to the table to deliver either coffee or juice but definitely not both, very odd. All in all not a restful or enjoyable stay. Look elsewhere.
