I have stayed in this hotel many times before and have always had nothing but a tremendous experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had undergone renovations since my last trip. They did an excellent job in every aspect. The rooms are huge and very,very clean. The staff was were pleasant and every interaction I had I was greeted with a smile.
I would rate this hotel as one of the best Marriott's I have stayed in anywhere!!!

My daughter's volleyball team participated in a 3 day tournament at the Florence Civic Center & the SpringHill Suites was our team hotel for the weekend. I was the parent responsible for making the arrangements and the sales director made my job very easy. All reservation requests were correct & check in was smooth for every family.

The hotel is adjacent to the civic center so we walked to the tournament. The recently refurbished rooms are clean & spacious for a hotel within this price point and the breakfast had a variety of options. Staff were courteous & responded promptly when a request was made. There are several chain restaurants located within a short walk of the facility (Outback, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chili's, Mellow Mushroom, etc).

The SpringHill Suites fit our team's needs perfectly for the weekend!

My family was here 1/6/12- 1/9/12 on a family trip. The staff was very polite, helpful, and informative. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well kept. The bathrooms were always clean and tidy. There is even a kitchen with a microwave & a refrigerator included in the rooms. The Housekeeping staff was always cleaning the rooms and gave as much towels and linens as we needed. There was even a complimentary breakfast served. And it included hot breakfast foods as well. The staff were always smiling and making it pleasure to talk to them. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool as well as the exercise room. This is also a good location. There is even a long strip mall within walking distance if you don't fell like driving with such stores as Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, Barnes & Nobles, Target, Kohl's, home Depot, Payless, Dollar General, IHOP, Golden Corral, Outback SteakHouse, Olive Garden, Chuckie Cheese, Hibachi Buffet, etc. If you choose to stay here you will definitely want to come back. On our way to Disney we stopped at this Springhill Suites by Marriott. (Exit 160A off I-95.) We thought it was clean and roomy. Bathroom may have needed an update, but was clean nontheless. For my family of 5 it was a perfect fit. Not only was the hotel itself nice, the staff was just as nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had decent selection of breakfast items and filling enough to get a good start on our second half of our journey. The hotel was also ideally situated in an area with plenty of restaurants (we ate dinner at RedBone Alley which was a recommendation of another TripAdvisor review I had read prior to staying), an array of shops (e.i. kohl's) if there was something needed on the way. We would stay there again. Additional info: About 700 miles from NYC approx. 11 1/2 - 12 hours.
