As a trusting soul I checked into this hotel and was told that I needed to have a credit card on file with them, or I would need to pay a cash deposit so I allowed them to record my credit card. I then paid cash for my expected 2 day stay, when I asked why they needed my signature they said it is standard procedure. At the end of my pre-paid CASH stay I went to the front desk and paid cash again to stay an additional day. The next morning when I checked out they told me that my balance was $0.00 and I left. when I recieved my statement from Capital 1 there was the charges for my stay. I called and talked with the manager and she told me that her records show no cash payments. My detailed stay records at Choicehotels.com show I allways pay cash and this was no exception. When I asked about a receipt the computer was malfuctioning and she appoligized, I was ROBBED with a smile and a song. TMB DG Corp.
