We were there for 6 weeks. The staff made it feel like home away from home. The place was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's located in a prime location. It was easy to get around because they had direction cards to and from pretty much any place you need to go. My kitty, had a great time looking out the balcony and watching the birds. The pool area was clean and safe. It was a great place stay and I highly recommend Affordable Suites to everyone. Come be where comfort is their middle name.

Needed a room for one night to take 2 teens to tour the campus and wanted to make it as fun as possible for them. I called directly to the hotel to make sure the hot tub was up and functioning and was told it was. Well we checked in, went to dinner and came home to get in the tub. It was about 75 degrees and felt no different from the pool. Huge disapointment.
As for the room ittself, it smelled terrible like the person who just left had a fish fry. We were so tired we just went to bed. Ended up washing all the clothes we took even if not worn due to gross smell in them. Won't be back.

We stayed here for my cousin's graduation from basic. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us directions to Ft. Jackson and to a GREAT restaurant , California Dreaming. Our room was the normal Residence Inn room, fridge, micro, stove..... The dishes had not been cleaned and the bathroom could have been cleaner. They had breakfast that consisted of pancakes, biscuits, gravy, ........ The rooms were exterior. We never received maid services. We asked for it one time and never received it. The other days we did not want it due to our daughter's nap time. Overall, I would stay here again. Try CA Dreaming. Prices start at about $10. We had plenty of room for the hotel's crib and a lot of room for our 1 year old to explore.

Had a wonderful stay with the staff at this location. They were friendly, helpful and went out of the way to make a nice stay great. From start to finish, check in to housekeeping, awesome. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
