My room was spacious and my bed was very comfortable, but the shower did not have a steady flow. It also took several movements on the knobs to get the correct tempature. The hallway carpet looked stained and had a slight ordor on each floor. The breakfast area had problems with the electrical plugs because the microwave and the toaster were inactive. The fitness center equipment was decent. One of the clothes dryer was out of order but the staff was apologetic for any concerns I had. I would stay again but at hotwire price not their asking price.

We stay at this hotel everytime we make a trip south. Its in a prime location, and the staff has always been so nice and helpful. The rooms are big and can sleep 6, so this is a plus. Room was clean, but so worn out. pool also needs maintained. Please update this hotel, because we do enjoy it, but may be our last time.

With over 15 yrs. travel and 1.5k hotel/hotel visits world wide, I found this visit the worse I have experienced. From first night MGT. messed up reservation, had to place us in wrong room and had to request more towels. Placed in right room next day, room never cleaned in 5 night stay after many promises. Beg for clean towels daily and upon my eagerness to check out the 5th day I left clothes in chest under t.v. Immediately called next day to request ship to my home @ my expense or I will retreive next month when back in town. Said they will call back but no reply. I CALLED BACK 6 TIMES, CALL BLOCK WITH NO ANSWER. We told family friend not to come for 1 night visit but chose to for family affair. Shortly after their check in MGT. called police on them due to their ignorance, they did not recieve payment from previous guest. No one in right mind would visit this plce.

The service was very pleasant, but when we got ready to pull the covers back to get in the bed my children ages 4 & 6 discovered a condom wrapper and makeup all over the pillow cases, the bed was half made with the dirty linen just pulled up. We asked to be moved to another room, which management was very sorry.
The next morning went out to my car and notices that someone had hit my car. I was parked right in front of the door. So I called management to see if they could identfy the car that hit me. Management stated that they would review tape.
