Through the four years our son was at USC we stayed at the Inn whenever we got the chance.
Wonderful service, very nice rooms and an outstanding breakfast! Being able to park and walk around the campus and surrounding area is very convenient. We were able to reserve a room for graduation weekend two years prior and lock in the price and dates!

I'm la little less enthusiastic than some reviewers here. Yes, the room was very comfortable. Yes, the staff were friendly and helpful. And the location and parking are fine, especially if you have business at the university. But wifi in my room was spotty, and for a place called both an "inn" and a "boutique hotel" it has a rather institutional feel. The cooked breakfasts were nothing special, there was no bottled water in the rooms, which I feel is stingy, and I would have liked some fresh milk in my coffee, not just coffee-mate and half-and-half. In fairness, Iadmit I didn't ask.

This is a unique hotel, such a wonderful change from routine chains. My daughter and I istayed here while visiting USC. It was so convenient. We walked to the campus and even stopped back a few times between tours and meetings. The sweet tea, cucumber water, coffee and tea is available all day. The sitting area in the lobby was so gorgeous, even more so because it was decorated fror Christmas. The room was nice and clean. It had a refrigerator. The negative was the size of the bathroom, unusually small but fine. The made to order eggs and pancakes were also several steps above your standard hotel breakfast. If I return to the area, this would absolutely be my hotel of choice!

I've stayed at the Inn at USC twice and intend to stay there again. It's just a short walk to the center of campus. Very friendly front desk staff. Nice breakfast.

It will be full on football weekends so call early.
