“Great Hotel for Pleasure or Business !”

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last couple of years for pleasure as well as for business meetings with our Partners.
Sean ( GM ) and his team do an incredible job consistently with taking care of their customers and making them feel at home from the time you walk in and throughout your entire time there ! I typicall have 3-4 people saying hello / Good morning, etc from the time I walk in the front door until I get to the elevator and then will typically have another employee ot two say hello, etc before I get to my room !! Again, they consistently provide a great atmosphere and an extremely clean and well run hotel in every area ! The meeting rooms are also always set up perfectly and the perfect atmosphere ! Don;t forget the great breakfast buffet and / or your breakfast cooked to order ! Delicious !

“Nice clean place to stay traveling through.”

Over Christmas my husband, daughter, son in law, grandson and I were on our way to gatlinburg and stopped off here for the night. While we did not try the restaurant in the hotel there is a roadhouse grill literally across the parking lot. Great for after being in the car all day. Hotel was very clean and furnishings well maintained.

“Hotel Rocks!”

Hotel and personnel were great. I needed something besides pork for breakfast and Chef Elliott was delighted to help me. He personally brought my food to the table and it was cooked perfectly. I will stay there again. Terrific stay!

“Excellent hotel; gold standard for its class”

Superb customer service, lovely room with a very comfortable bed, great food and service at breakfast, down to the smallest detail. The check-in process took less than a minute, and I'm not exaggerating. There's even a bar in the lobby.

Enjoyed our overnight stay at this establishment in Columbia SC - enroute to Charleston. Rooms were nice. Breakfast not bad for about $10. The wait staff were great.
