“Perfect Hotel to entertain a business meeting”

Room look well setup and gave us the space we need to prep. Staff went way out of the way to handle some special request. Our guys had a ball during the happy hour, needless to stay free beer, wine, food really was a great suprise. Mrbob in the morning hands down makes the best omlets i've er had to eat a hotel. I was skeptical but truth is Im sold at the comfort, now if I can more like them I 'll have my travel plans set for the rest of the year. GUYS Keep up the great work, I know it tough but you guys will keep this hotel goin!!!! Thnaks again!!!

Staff (i dont recall his name but younger man at front desk) was very helpful and funny. The room was nice, decent breakfast, and in a area with alot of nice dining

The room key says "hootel" on it with a photo of a blonde in hotpants on it, advertising $5 off at the famous restaurant that is offensively sexist. Nice for the family! I'll never stay at a Comfort Suites again.

Two other coworkers and I stayed there for one night. All of us had problems with the rooms originally assigned. Rooms look clean, but smell dank.
I also did not like the mandatory $1 fee for the in room safe that I did not use.
Staff were pleasant, but I would prefer not to stay there again.

Base on the complaint we received on October 9th of 2008, We had other guest staying during that week and no one else complained about the smell in the room, the guest never let front desk staff know that they had a problem,we could have moved them right way. When they check in, they sign that they knew about the inroom safe, which is for their safety, and if the customer tells us at check out, they did not use it, we will refund the $1 back to them. Base on the comments we receive from the other guest, we usually receive satisfactory comments about our hotel.
