My husband and I stayed here 2 nights, The room was small ish and the bathroom was small also. The noise level was very low. rooms were clean. bathrooms were clean too. kayak had this room for less then 50 a night with tax. so now for the bad .....the continental breakfast don't bother with the most pitiful, no bed selection it is either 2 fulls or one queen, no kings, also water pressure in show is low!!
I will not stay there again.

Dingy is a good word. LandonsBaby hit it right on the nose. For one night, ok, for more than that look for another place. Rooms very outdated. Tv up high, no remote to be found anywhere. Had stayed at the one in Indy, very nice, this microtel not up to the Indy standard. Would not stay here again. But if you are traveling to Indy, you will have a wonderful stay at that Microtel.

The bathroom and sheets looked clean which is most important. Very tiny room with an old TV up high. The walls were dirty, the curtains were filthy and the bathroom floor looks like it needs replaced. I wouldn't stay here more than one night but for a stop on your way elsewhere it's not so bad. If you are looking for something nice, skip this place.

We made reservations here for our son's graduation from basic, then someone told us about the awful reviews. I called the motel and started asking questions and told them about the reviews. The man was very nice and said that it was clean and not broken down. He told me he would guarantee our stay was nice. Well, we decided to take the chance, hoping for the best. Our stay was very nice. We paid incredibly low prices and that was what we needed. The room was clean, it did NOT smell of smoke, the breakfast was ok- nothing extravagent, but we just wanted a clean place to stay that didn't cost alot. We are used to motels from the cheapest just under $100 and up. At many of these motels there are fancy breakfasts and it is more modern, but we were just looking for an inexpensive, nice place to stay. That is what we got here- no frills, but just what we needed. The desk staff were helpful and polite. Our stay was much better than I expected and I recommend it. So, no frills, nothing fancy, just good place to stay. I honestly don't know if there was a pool or anything, I didn't pay attention. So if you have children and need stuff to do, call and find out- this was mainly a place to sleep while we visited our son.-- Oh there is a washer and dryer to use and a computer and we did get internet.
