I should have listened to the reviews, my experience was similar. The room was dark and dreary! The sink did not drain properly, the towels will cut you skin if you are not careful, the pool was not open even though it looked ready! The staff was not knowledgeable at all, I have complained to corporate and still waiting for a phone call. don't stay here pay the extra$ and go somewhere else! I wish I did!

I never complain but couldn't get out of here fast enough!! Booked this hotel for my son's graduation 4-21-2011. Pulled into parking lot and it looks nothing like the pictures. Went to our room and it smelled something awful. Felt very unsafe!! I called every hotel possible to change and everyone was booked!! Finally got moved to The Hampton on Thursday for a great weekend with our soldier!!

I stay here for my brother graduation of basic training at Fort Jackson. The location is minutes of Fort Jackson. The room smell bad, the room are dirty. When we arrive at 2:00 am we go to the room and the sheets are dirty, the room smell was terrible like cigarrettes and water in the carpet. That was digusting. The parking is dark. The employees are regular. The only thing good was the breakfast. We stay only these night and in the morning we change to Holiday Inn. We never came back to these place. The pictures are great but the place is like a motel and the persons that stay here is like a one time crazy people that dont have money to stay in other place.

Stayed for my son's graduation from Fort Jackson, room was clean and we had daily maid service. The hot breakfast was good. For the price, i thought the room and the food were adequate. The staff was friendly and the location was great, very close to Fort Jackson.
