I wish all Holiday Inn's were like this one. Check in was quick. On my card holder, was listed my current points. Given a coupon for two drinks or two snacks.
Room was spotless. Roomy, jacuzzi tub inside the step down living room. Plus a regular shower in the bathroom. Nice couch, chairs, tables. Breakfast was great. Check out was drop off the keys and leave.
I will stay here every time!!!!!!!

This hotel is a great place to stop if you're passing through Columbia! We couldn't believe the size of the rooms. Obviously new, the whole hotel is beautifully decorated. You would expect to pay far more for these accommodations. Front desk friendly, but good luck getting him away from the game and his cell phone.

I was driving home alone from Florida and stopped for the night at Holiday Inn Express. I try to use them because, for the most part, they are uniform. The clean entry room and desk were customary; I expected the pleasant attendant. I was thrilled that she was able to place me downstairs so close to an exit to the parking lot as it is difficult to walk sometimes and it had been a long day. And a great price, also!

But when I entered the room I was shocked. A large king size bed, TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, a bench, plenty of lighting, a huge beautiful bathroom....and then I stepped down one step to a large desk, huge window with darkening curtains, AN OVERSIZED EASY CHAIR AND OTTERMAN with more lamps that also had outlets on the lamps. The hotel provides wifi also.

The best was the bed. It was the most comfortable mattress I had ever slept on. I fell asleep and didn't wake up until the alarm went off! The free hot breakfast was available from 6:30am-9:30am and offered everything you can think of from sausage, gravy and biscuits to cold cereal. The coffee was excellent; that is my gauge!

I highly recommend this hotel and this location. It is outside of the city limits and very close to Ft. Jackson.

First time at this hotel. We arrived early around 10:30 that morning. We were able to check in even though check in time is 3pm. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and accomadating. In the evening security walked the parking lot. Breakfast was continental and not bad. Location was great did not have to go far to grab a bite to eat. Matter of fact Waffle the House was across the parking lot. Shoneys was less than five minutes away. More cable channels that other hotels I have visited. Would stay again.
