After driving for several we needed someplace too sleep. We were wrong in picking the place. Old bathroom was disgusting Tilley paper was an old roll of Tilley that got wet. Tub was so disgusting could shower, shower curtain looked like petri dish. Wouldn't take my luggage slept in clothes and shoes. Live and learn. Don't stop keep driving

This place has bad reviews for a reason! Do not ever ever stay here. Upon checking in, I went to use the restroom and found the toilet dirty with hair all over the floor. I pulled down the comforter and there was a receipt UNDERNEATH the sheets, obviously indicating the sheets had not been changed from previous guests. Called the front desk and she sent maids to clean the room. Asked for a manager, there was not one available, but I did receive a phone call from the "franchise owner". I explained the situation and asked that we get reimbursed for at least something. He said no. I asked to speak to someone above him and he said there was nobody. He then agreed to refund me the amount of our one night stay, but...here's the kicker... we would have to leave!! Seriously???!!!! At that point, we should have left, but it was only one night so we stuck it out. 30 minutes later we heard a loud bang and the lights went out. Once back on, the a/c went out. Called the front desk again and a man was sent in flip flops, t-shirt and shorts and offered us a fan because he couldn't get the a/c to work!! I insisted on a different room. I saw a reset button on the a/c unit and pushed it so it came back on.

Wife and I stayed at this location May 19thru the 21st and were very pleased with the hotel. The room we had was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel grounds were very well maintained and within walking distance of restaurants. The pictures of the Inn are true to life and anyone who stays at this Inn should be pleased with cleanliness as well as the fact it will also fit into your budget. Very pleased ......The Keene's

We booked a king - non smoking room through expedia. Upon arrival we were told that they did not have any non smoking rooms available. We were given a smoking room but as we were about to open the door, the current occupants were heading out. By the time we walked back up to the office, the clerk tried to tell us that that was the cable repair people, but I did not know that cable repair people traveled all the way from Canada with their families just to fix tv's at hole in the wall hotels. They "found" and offered us a non-smoking room with two double beds, which we refused, and demanded to speak with the manager. They said that they did not have a manager available and quickly found a non-smoking king room to put us in. This was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. PS - bring your own towels unless you feel like drying off with a peice of sandpaper the size of a small pillowcase. The hotel is also extremely difficult to get in and out of.
