This was our second stay and it continues to be a great inn. Rooms are well appointed and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is included and restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Looking forward to returning.

I have to start by saying that the location of this hotel was great. I was a short walk to great dining and tourist locations. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

The main downside to this hotel was that the view from our bedroom window was looking directly into the neighboring room balcony and parking garage. I didn't like the fact that when we opened our blinds there would be our neighbors sitting right in front of our window. We got a good deal on the room, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Stayed in Charleston 3 nights, loved this location walking distance to everything and right on the (free) trolley route. The staff was very helpful in every way from keeping us comfortable to recommending good restaurants to fun sites to see. Free parking was appreciated. For the price I felt this was great stay.

My overall impression was not good because of loud next room guests until 5 am.
