Which is what I expected. Weather was horrendous (tornado sirens!), so we were happy to get off the road. The front desk person was friendly; the room was clean and comfortable. I actually hesitated writing a review because there wasn't anything that really stuck out as being exceptional or exceptionally bad! We just got a decent room for the price.

Let's see, probably the most I could complain about would be the wireless Internet connection--it worked, but was really slow. We did find the breakfast buffet a little better than some--there were quite a few options and it was nicely maintained.

That's about it, folks! And yes, we'd probably stay there again based on our experience.

The hotel looked good at reception but once we got to the room (408) it was a little disappointing,really the level of cleanliness was WELL below average, there was a layer of dust right round the edge of the room some 2" wide, a layer of dust around the bottom cushion on the arm chair and the floor in the bathroom just looked unclean.

The breakfast was great and the lady on duty was a really nice lady - very polite and helpful.
We were on holiday from Scotland and were travelling down from Canada to Florida - we are used to the Holiday Inn in UK - this one was just not up to our standards - very diasappointing altogether. So much so that the next night we avoided Holiday Inns and went elsewhere.

I was on a Birthday road trip from Charleston, WV to Jacksonville, Florida when I got a flat tire. Aggravated by the lengthy wait for service I knew I wouldn't be making my journey today as planned. I needed to get my tire patched.. Nonetheless, this place wasn't my first choice.. Fort Jackson was... But I can honestly say I have no regrets. There fast friendly and totally customer focused. My room was incredible... The only thing I wasn't too favorable was I got a room that faced I-77 so I was blessed with all the highway traffic for the night.. All you need is a little music to help get you to sleep. Bit I would strongly recommend this place to anyone, and i know I'll be back! But next time.. It's going to be planned!!!

Our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Creech Rd. over a weekend and really enjoyed the friendly, helpful staff. Everyone was great! The rooms were nice and clean, the room we rented for an event was great for a small group and the breakfast was an unexpected treat with eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls,etc. We'd certainly stay again and kudos to a great staff!
