The hotel actually exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. The exercise room was actually fairly small and didn’t have a lot of cardio equipment. The hotel did have an airport shuttle, and the location is great. Also free Wi-Fi

We have been staying at the Best Western in R.I. for several years. It is very close to the airport and has a shuttle all day long. The rooms are nice and clean. Although the bathroom is small, there are always many towels and soaps. The continental breakfast is excellent. Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Lobby is beautifully done. Always seeing staff cleaning (floors, windows in lobby). Also, there is a very convenient computer in the lobby. Would recommend. Stayed in October 2011

This hotel is very close to the airport but yet you are not bothered by noise. Rooms are comfortable and have refridgerators. They have a shuttle if you don't drive and if you do drive you do not have to pay for parking. Breakfast is served and there is coffee, tea etc. all day. You are close to a variety of resteraunts and have access to the paper every day. Stay here most of the time because the price is right. Staff is great and extremely helpful, Easy in and easy out.
