After reading some of those highly critical reviews of this hotel, I was apprehensive that my wife had booked us there for several days. Fortunately, we did not experience issue with bugs or uncleanliness. This is a very good value for the money and the staff were really nice and efficient. We had no trouble at all getting to downtown Providence and other places around the city.

This hotel is NOT in Providence. However, it is convenient to the airport, which is also NOT in Providence. For a very reasonable price, I stayed in a one bedroom with full kitchen. Convenient, comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a very nice patio area, and the coffee is on all day.

Called before we stayed there to make sure there was shuttle service from airport to hotel and back to airport. Yes was the answer. Picked up Sat. afternoon at airport and taken to hotel. LONG way from airport. No decent restaurants within walking distance. Then we found out that on Sunday we would have pay a taxi to get us back to the airport because they don't operate their shuttle until 3 PM on Sundays. If we'd known beforehand, there were other options. Got to room with strong odor. Not very clean. Took off shoes. Wet carpet. They claim they had "cleaned" carpet that day. Wet socks. Had to put on shoes throughout walking within room. No other rooms available. I hope I don't get some foot disease. 2 pillows, 2 towels. Old grimy bedspread and couch. Felt like showering constantly. Couldn't wait to leave. Got cab out at 7 AM to airport. More comfortable waiting 3 extra hours at airport for flight than hanging out in that moldy room. I'm still wheezing from the odor and humidity. Plenty of "airport" hotels available. Beware of this one.

Do not recommend. Room & common areas not dirty. Weekly cleaning service not as represented .
Safety and security features unacceptable-fire doors and side door access don't close automatically.
