Safety and security features unacceptable-fire doors and side door access don't close automatically.

This hotel does not feel like you are staying in a hotel. It is your home away from hiome. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcomes you back each time you stay. The room is comfortable, quiet and safe. The kitchen is a plus to keep things cold or hot and has most utensiles there for your use. There are many channels to choose from on the TVS even though they are not state of the art. Parking is easy . There are many resteraunts and shopping nearby. Breakfast is included and coffee and hot water is available all day. Great place to stay.

My wife and I had the utmost pleasure and rewarding experience of staying at Homestead Studio Suites in Warwick, RI for just under a year...during which time we had the priviledge of meeting and associating with the most professional, dedicated, curteous and exemplary staff...the service which we experienced was truely above and beyond our every expectation...the entire staff was above and beyond curteous, professional, dedicated and exemplary...my wife and I truely can not say enough outstanding things about the staff of Homestead...we both truely wish to thank each and every staff member for making our stay outstandingly rich and rewarding and comfortable...we salute them all!

I stay often at Extended Stays hotels in East Providence/Warwick but I am sorry to report my experience at the Warwick Homestead facility. One word "Roaches", not one or two but roaches in an out the kitchen areas, big ones little ones they were all over the place. I reported it the next morning and they called in the exterminator to treat the room and kitchen areas. It helped but didn't solve the problem. The bedroom walls were also thin I could hear the talking until 1 to 2 AM in the next room over.

I rarely write a negative review but I need to tell it like it is. Next week I will go back to a local Extended Stay much cleaner and more predictable for my stay.
