Clean,comfortable, knowledgeable and friendly staff!

We cameto this hotel with a bus trip for an overnight stay this was the most horrible stay we ever experienced,1st we was put into one of the old rooms which most of the guest had Newly Renovated rooms ,however me and my sister was given an old room and that was the least of our problems,we had to go downstairs to the Hotel Lobby not once but twice to change our Room because of the disgustedness of these rooms and we get to the 3rd room and there was still many problems-1st room hair on covers/sheets,many stains on wall including either jelly or it might have been blood,dirty carpets clearly shows it had not been vaccumed thoroughly,also the remote control had buttoms broken/bitten off 2nd room - Hair on covers/sheets again, dirty walls,floors hair in towels in bathroom,3rd room which was the one we finally stayed in when I went to take a shower and noticed Hair on shower curtain and Towels again,A Broken Bathroom Sink and underneath the sink was a Bar of Soap placed there to hold the water,Stomped up Toilet

This hotel is located a very short drive from downtown Providence, RI. I have stayed here a few times for business/pleasure. I choose this facility for it's location and the reasonable price, and because I can have my pet with me. The staff have always been lovely. Fellow customers are often families as there is a nice pool onsite that youngsters enjoy.

If you want to be in Providence for fun or business - say for Waterfire after the downtown hotels are already booked or are too expensive - I suggest you consider staying here. It's right off the highway so convenient but also quiet. Oh, and I could have my pet in the room for a smal additional fee!! Can't do that at any of the downtown hotels.

Stayed here for a friend's wedding in the area- The hotel needs a complete renovation. Rugs, walls, beds, bathrooms, everything was old and out dated. There were exposed pipes in our room, along with spotted paint on the walls, and a huge stain on the comforter. Although check out was at 12pm, house keeping knocked on our door at 9am- several times. Definetly not worth $99/night rate. The restaurant attached to the hotel -The Ground Round was great- went there around 12am and the kitchen was still open with great food! Would not stay at this hotel again!!!
