I stayed there for almost 5 months, and the entire stay was extremely positive. The grounds were clean, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, accountable, respectful and had excellent customer service skills. The hotel is located near every modern convenience. It's an awesome place to stay!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a good hotel for a business traveler. It has kitchenettes and pretty cheap coin laundry.

The building is new and the rooms are clean. The bed was not the greatest. You have to pay for internet but it is very cheap if you are going to be there for a while (one flat fee).

There is easy access to the highway and several restaurants nearby that are open fairly late.

At 8:30 PM on a Saturday night, two very tired senior ladies arrived at the Best Western in Seekonk MA to get our confirmed, guaranteed room for the night, which was no longer available (obviously overbooking). With much indifference we were told to try the Extended Stay in Providence, since all hotels in the area were full.
Distraught and even more tired, we arrived at the Extended Stay and they were fantastic. They soothed our frazzeled nerves by giving us their last room and providing a roll-away bed all at the same rate as the first motel. They were truly sympathetic to our
crisis and wanted to take care of all of our needs.
The room was perfect....on the first floor so we did not have to lug our suitcases up stairs; spotlessly clean; a mini kitchen so we were able to make a cup of coffee/tea; and even a recliner
to relax in.
