truly my home away from home. After staying at many wonderful inns and B & B's from Pennslyvania to Hawaii, I found the most welcoming and gracious hosts in a samll town north of Newport. I have stayed at some great and beautiful places over the years and enjoyed them but this is a must. The town itself is charming and fun. It is close enough to visit Newport, just a short drive, but far enough away to not be touristy or expensive. The owners or I should say hosts, Angie and Tony were so nice and welcoming, you feel like a member of the family. All of the rooms are so nice, I can't pick a favorite. Although a benefit of one of the rooms is its heavenly jacuzzi bathtub. Also don't miss Del's lemonade or the Newport Creamery. You'll have a wonderful, filling and wholesome breakfast made personally by Angie(my favorite was the Portueguese french toast with the fresh fruit), but a late night run to Del's for their frozen lemonade is a yummy treat.
