This inn is located over a bar on the main street. There is no lobby - you check in at an hotel up the street. Most importantly, it has no parking. If you bring your car, you will have to park it on the street, and move it every two hours during the day. Parking is so crowded in town during the day that there is no place to move your car to. Our room faced the waterfront and was not air conditioned. This was not a problem temperature wise, as there was a cool breeze flowing off the water. However, when the bar closed about 1:30 a.m., there was enough street noise to wake us up. The room was very basic - two beds, but only one chair! However, it was clean, and came with a mini-fridge. With all these drawbacks, the inn is located right in the center of things, and could not be closer to the ferry landings.
