We stayed one night here. This hotel is brand new. But the construction wasn't completed. In the hallways you still see drywall that isn't finished being painted and the bathroom had areas that were completed messy and tiles not lined up, like they were in a big hurry just to Get it done. the breakfast was satisfactory if your not looking for a hot meal. They had muffins, toast bagels cereal juice coffee, and a pancake maker. It looks very nice IF you don't look too closely. I did have ONE problem that wasn't ok with me. At the time of check in, although I had prepaid for the room through expedia, they require that you give them a debit or credit card to hold funds for incidentals (phone calls, pay per view movies etc.) We never made any calls, or watched any movies, and still a month later they are STILL holding money on my account! I have had to call management 2 times to get this issue fixed and it hasn't been fixed yet! The first call I made, no "manager" was available to take my call but I was assured that I would get a return call the following day to rectify the mistake. NO CALL! I have been watching it since I left all my info on the message to see if they just went ahead and took care of the problem, no, they didn't. So I called again and this time I did get to talk to someone and CARL the manager told me he would definately take care of the issue TODAY! I am seriously hoping they fix this problem. I would recommned this hotel as long as you keep an eye on your account to make sure they don't keep money they don't deserve!
