Very nice and clean hotel. Very easy to find, it's out a little bit but right next to Rt.83. The front desk personel were a great help in recommending a casual Italian place to eat," Bel Paese" Check it out!

My only complaint is against the Comfort Inn chain in general, not this hotel. Why in the world wouldn't they put an exhaust fan in the bathroom? That's insane. Note from above: Hot & spicy Italian dish! Enough said.

We are very grateful to this hotel and their staff first for being pet friendly and second for the outstanding compassion and caring they showed during this recent weather emergency in York PA . We have an old kitty and were forced out of our home for lack of power during the storm at the end of October. We had no power for 6 days. The staff worked with us to make sure that they kept our cat safe during room cleanings and were so very caring as we dealt with this difficult issue. There's more to the story but suffice it to say, it was a difficult time and they really reached out to help.
The facility is average but acceptable. It was clean and breakfast was edible. There were lots of choices including a hot breakfast as well as fruits, yogurt, waffles,etc. included with the room rate. I would put guests there for an overnight stay. There's nothing luxious but the rates, good, the locations good and the staff - great. The beds were comfortable also. There's a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker in the room. Again, for a quick one night stay on the way to somewhere, this is more than adequate.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and inexpensive with friendly and helpful staff. What more can you ask for? There's a mini-mart across the street, a fridge and microway in the room, and a better breakfast selection than most places! No problems at all. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to it. York is easy to get around (if you live in Boston, almost any place is easy to get around) so this is really convenient to just about anywhere. P.S. LOVE the showerhead! Got a back massage and a delightful rain effect all in the same few minutes.

We took an extended weekend getaway to see "Joseph" at Sight & Sound Theatre (approximately 25-30 minutes away). Hotels near the theatre were either too expensive or subpar. This hotel was a great value for us! We arrived before check-in time, but our room was available! Surprisingly the hotel was full to capacity the first night's stay so the morning's breakfast area was full of people and not enough food to turnaround, so we had to wait for some items. Restaurants, retail stores, etc. are within 2-3 miles on the main strip (Route 30). The rooms were clean, and the overall staff was friendly! Their lobby (business center) computers were not performing well, but the front desk knew it (though I didn't hear that they had called for technical repair or service.) Their highway infrastructure is weird. You often have 1 exit ramp no matter if you're going East or West, but off the exit you can only go one way.
