We booked a room for new years eve and the lady at the front desk, who looked like she hated her life told us the room was going to be $250 and that since it was new years eve they had a special package that we could add that would be no extra cost to us. The package included 2 tickets to open bar from 10-12 and 2 tickets to a comedy show and a free bottle of champagne delivered to the room. We decided that night that we weren't going to the comedy show, and weren't going to the open bar and never even received our complimentary bottle of wine. The next day when we checked out the bill was much more than we ha planned. The manager said "why would you assume a package was free", umm because your worthless employee told us it was you degenerate pig. We even called Wyndham corporate and they told us that they couldn't do anything either. Moral of the story, this place is a peice of s%#*. They lie and then recant their lie because of imcompitant employees that work there. Never going back and never booking another Wyndham hotel even if my life depended on it, I'd rather sleep in my car.

I had an awesome stay at this Ramada the staff is amazing! I had no issues with this hotel. its is however hard to get into due to the road only being able to make right hand turns and its one way in one way out. looks like it is remodled. the breakfast is good and like i said staff is very friendly. I will be back in a few weeks!! Keep up the good work!!

When you book a Ramada hotel you except a high level of a hotel. This was dirty, out dated, & noisy. First time I ever felt I had to check for bed bugs. How can this hotel be rated 3 1/2 star giving it one star would be a gift

stayed 3 days-2 rain all day. room nice and ate at bar which was fine. breakfeast nice and plentiful. maids annoying- would knock with do not disturb sign. staff good- area very rough about 10 blocks away- near large mall we di not visit- 10 minutes to the allentown fair
