We stayed here at the beginning of our vacation in Pennsylvania for one night. The hotel is easy to find from the Interstate. There is a Bob Evans restaurant next door, but the clerk recommended Hot Rod's House of Bar-B-Que in town and that turned out to be great.
The room was basic but comfortable. We had two double beds, a small refrigerator and microwave. The free wi-fi worked fine in the room. The pillows were quite lumpy and we were glad we had brought our own. Also the air conditioner was a little loud and its fan rattled a bit from time to time, but it worked well to keep the room temperature controlled. The bathroom was clean, although the floor was very slippery from humidity (it rained hard in the afternoon). Toiletries were pleasant and the towels were good. The shower head was a little low for tall people, but the shower curtain was hung from one of those curved rods, so there was adequate space in the shower.
In our room, the door stop was damaged and there were a few obvious filled holes (such as might have been left by fixtures previously bolted to the wall), but these were only cosmetic blemishes.
We enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. There was yogurt, various breads, hot eggs, bacon, and sausage, make-your-own-waffles, cold cereal, and hard-boiled eggs. Fresh fruit would have been nice, but there was apple and orange juice as well as hot coffee and tea.
Checking in and out was swift and accurate. The employees didn't smile or seem very talkative, but they were polite and not at all unfriendly.
