Easy access and friendly staff. We stayed two nights... room 110 was clean and lacked nothing (except a 'view'... wall outside window).

But, for our needs- safe and clean and access to Camel... all was good.

Staff was most helpful, respectful, and seemed happy... Tip the housekeeping staff nicely!

Keep up the good work since we'll be back! ps.. we looked for bed-bugs....no traces!

My husband and I were looking for an inexpensive hotel for a one night stay. Found this place to be a good deal with decent reviews. Even found a 10% off coupon on the hotel's website.
I found the front desk personnel to be kind, prompt and professional at check-in and check-out.
Stayed in a king bed room. Not too small, had everything you could need, didn't smell bad and looked clean. I slept great and found the bed to be comfortable. My husband found the bed to be too hard (but at home we sleep on an ultra plush). Sheets aren't as high quality as a $100+ hotel but are good, especially for the price.
Not a lot of options for breakfast but it's free. Cereal, toast, muffins, fruit, juice.
Would recommend for an inexpensive stay.

This is our first stay here...and it will not be our last! We ha a non smoking, jacuzzi room. Very nice and clean. The room has a little balcony overlooking the hotel and you can see the highway and mountains. Check in was easy, courteous desk clerk. Comfortable stay, although I wish the pillows were fluffier. We will be back, btw I'm just writing this review after one night, we have two more to go ;)

We travel to the Poconos area at least 6-9 times per year for weekend get-a-way to shop, eat and gamble. We stay at Poconos, Tannersville, Stroudsburg, etc. I'm not toooo picky but this year we tried Days Inn twice this year. Both hotel stays were not impressive. The hotel room do not appear to be clean. We travel with Lysol sheets and sprays. We needed them. Phew! No bed bugs. The breakfast menu has improved. The new front-desk attendants need customer service and hospitality training. On a scale 1 to 10. This hotel will NOW is graded 5. Judge for yourself. Again, I'm not too picky but improvement is strongly recommended!
