this is the worest hotel I have ever stayed at.The place is dirty is an understatement.DO youself a favor and do not stay here ever.You have been warned

firstable the recepcionist had atttitude and very bad customer service, i booked for 2 rooms with mini-refrigerator and microwave when we got there he told us that if i want those services the will charge me $20 extra p/room and night , our rooms was non-smoking but it was obvious that somebody smoked in there ; when i asked the manager why they were charging me $20 extra he started yelling at me what wasnt nice because he got the bussines but i got th money..................................never go there plus that they close the pool at 9pm ..............worst expierience in my life :-(

Do not stay in the 3rd floor heart shaped jacuzzi room FILTHY. I had to take the blanket down to the front desk because it was awful. Black hair on the bathroom floor and cobwebs on the lamp shades! Pieces of popcorn between matress pad and sheet! Third floor hallway smelled like urine as did the steps. They changed my room to the 2nd floor jacuzzi room. It was better, but I still went out and bought my own sheets and used them. Dust everywhere, carpeting filthy...NEVER AGAIN!

Hotel has bed bugs. Pocono Township Dept of Health already has an investigation folder open on this hotel, before I called. I stayed 9/24 - 9/25 and found bed bugs crawling on our bed. Notified the staff and they stated this was not the first case. Hotel staff is instructed not report this to any other people checking in or out. DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING, DISGUSTING.
If I had Facebook I would certainly put notice out that way as well. I have a case# already with Tannersville Police (due to how the situation was handled by the GM), Wyndam Rewards, Ramada Inn Corporate, Better Business Bureau, BedBugRegistry.com and the Pocono Township Dept of Health. Do not risk it!!!! My poor rating has nothing to do with the staff on hand....they were very helpful. This has to do with the GM/owner. He is rude and wouldn't even come talk to me. He only spoke with his staff.
