This was our second stay here and we have enjoyed both of them. We really appreciate a dog-friendly hotel with reasonable fees that is also tastefully appointed. The restaurant is pretty good, too. Not gourmet, by any means, but breakfast will get you by and the dinners are pretty good. Staff is always helpful, and the place is always clean and inviting!

Best Western-Grand Victorian Inn....you still have it! Great Rate, stayed in room 235 (King, end of hall unit). The check-in was a breeze, front desk staff very pleasant! We had reserved a King room but were assigned a double queen. Front desk staff quickly and without hesitation corrected and we were on our way. Other reviews have mentioned you do not want to be over the lounge or the banquet rooms.....they are correct! We were directly over the banquet room, and the music vibrated right into our room....Not an issue since the party ended promptly at 8 pm...had it been a later event, that could have been a big downer. The bed was very comfortable and sheets crisp and clean. I must mention that the bathroom was huge with marble counters! Sweet! Complimentary breakfast was great, hot, good variety. Our stay was a nice escape when back in NEPA for the weekend!

Even though the hotel is a little outdated, we still enjoyed are stay. The staff were caring and helpful. The lounge was nice and the rooms were clean. The rate we paid through Resorts Plus International was low enough to make the stay satisfactory.

this is a large hotel.. one nice thing it has a lounge..and a large parking lot easy to get a semi into...could use some modernizing....A/C poor and didnt keep room cool...room not lit very well....fitness ctr closed when I arrived at 9:oo pm...cob webs on ceiling ...dust on everything ...not worth $139.00.....I would not recommend this place at all....esp. considering the price.......
