Even though the hotel is a little outdated, we still enjoyed are stay. The staff were caring and helpful. The lounge was nice and the rooms were clean. The rate we paid through Resorts Plus International was low enough to make the stay satisfactory.

this is a large hotel.. one nice thing it has a lounge..and a large parking lot easy to get a semi into...could use some modernizing....A/C poor and didnt keep room cool...room not lit very well....fitness ctr closed when I arrived at 9:oo pm...cob webs on ceiling ...dust on everything ...not worth $139.00.....I would not recommend this place at all....esp. considering the price.......

The carpets and bathroom floors had more dirt on them, than outside in the gardens. White socks turned virtually black within hours.

The LOUD band music rocked us until 1:30 AM when they finally turned down the volume. Even after calling the front desk at 11:00 PM, they did nothing about it!

Food was well cooked at least we ate well. The entire town is depressed and run down.

My wife and I were to be married just across the NY border in Waverly. We had booked the best western over a year in advance due to their hotel bar and acceptance of small pets. Less than a month before our wedding we found out indirectly that the best western had ditched our contract in order to accept a larger party that would be staying for a longer period of time. Needless to say, we were furious.

The staff was no help and actually quite insulting when dealing with all of this. We were appalled that they broke our contract.

Fortunately for us, the Hampton Inn had just opened. We moved our party there and had a fantastic time.

I will never stay at ANY best western again and gladly go far out of my way to give my business to another establishment as a result of this.
