This is our home away from home a few times a year. We are headed out there in a few days. Sue and her "girls" are very friendly and accommodating. We have our favorite room which has three beds. You can always find someone to talk to when you are sitting outside any time of the day and of course Ty, Boots and Mango (Sue's cats) will always make you feel at home. They love to come in your room and plop on the bed, if they are invited. A microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and other amenities add to the charm of the Quiet Haven. There is a one room schoolhouse right down the road and if you get up early enough you can see the boys and girls walking or peddling their scooters to school. Ask Sue for the best places to eat. There are a lot of hidden treasures on back roads, not just for eating but also for shopping. If you have children, don't miss the Hayloft Candle Factory. They have a small zoo and hand dipped ice cream. Across the street is a farm stand with delicious oatmeal raisin cookieschow-chow and raisin bread. If you want a quiet relaxing place this is it.
