This Reading location was as clean, friendly and reliable as all the other Homewood Suites I've tried in the past. It is great to have a kitchen and even BETTER knowing what to expect from a brand. It was all very consistent. A great stop if you're running around the Lancaster area! Free weekday apps, free breakfast, great staff, festive lobby. CLEAN. No complaints!

I stayed at this hotel as stopgap for a week before relocating to a new apartment and I found everything to be extremely comfortable and convenient.

Clean rooms with great features such as a stove, microwave etc which helps avoid eating out for a week.!! Friendly customer service who were happy to help sort out credit card issues and simple but nice complimentary breakfast.

We arrived early and our room was not quite ready yet. We were greeted by Alice Kutz, the Director of Sales and she spent a while chatting with us. We were given coupons and suggestions of local shopping and tourist sites. Alice also informed us that the dinner for the evening was barbecued pork chops so we were able to plan our day and dinner options. When we got back to the hotel, we felt so at home and comfortable, and we hadn't even checked in!! We had a lovely dinner in the cozy dining area. They even took pictures of my friend and I by the fireplace. Our bags had been delivered to our room. The suite was beautiful with a lovely view, and a fireplace also. Everything was spotless and comfortable. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. When we got up in the morning, there was a full breakfast cooking and guess what, Alice was there..what a pleasant experience!!! We felt so at home there, thus..Homewood Suites. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

I traveled with my job for 2 years to this area. I have stayed in several Hotels in the area and found this one to be the most pleasing. The service is great, the staff is fun and nice!. The beds are always comfortable and clean and the rooms are very homelike. You have a living room/kitchen set apart from the bedroom. This creates a very comfortable living space no matter what your arrangements are. The morning breakfast is always good and there is guest appreciation nights where you can get 10 cent beer or wine. The property connects to the parking lot of "The Texas Roadhouse" which is a terrific steakhouse!! It's within a stone's throw from the hotel. The hotel I noticed is listed as "Reading ,PA" It would be better described as being in "Wyomissing, PA" because it is the nicer part of town and Reading is know for being somewhere you wouldn't want to stay. Wyomissing is the nice part of town. There is plaenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms or just about anything you could ask for really close. Trust me when I say this place is the best in the area! I will always stay there when I am in town! I am a picky person when it comes to where I lay my head at night and I have absolutely no reservations of stying here.
