“dirty with no hospitality”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 October 2010

our room had some conveniences - a super tiny microwave, a fridge and a two burner stove top. however, it was dirty. the air conditioner leaked which made the entire carpet damp. they don't put anything extra in the rooms - no shampoo, no hair dryer. you can get these items if you go to the front desk and ask the staff (who are not very friendly). they only clean the rooms once per week so you also have to go to the front desk to exchange the towels. they have coin-operated laundry facilities but the front desk didn't aways have change (even though the sign says they do) - $2 to wash and $2 to dry. no pool or spa. they have a "fitness room" that consists of one bike, one treadmill and one elliptical. there is a mall right across the street which was very nice.

“Disgusting, Dirty, Avoid at all costs”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 October 2010

Hotel room was filthy, hair on bathroom walls and sink, crud under toilet rim, dirty toweos, cigarette burns in the sheets. Walked across the rug with white socks, they turned black. The halls were dirty, there a spill and a pile of trash in the elevator lobby when we arrived, and it was still there 4 days later when we left. When we complained about the conditon of the room, we were told it would cost us $25 to have it cleaned. The staff was very unhelpful, whenever we asked a question or for assistance, they told us they didn't "do that"....no restaurant recommendations (they don't do that), no wake up calls (they don't do that), no copy of receipt (they don't do that). At one point, we tried to get in the front door with our arms full and a staff member stood on the opposite side of the door, just watching us.
Unfortunately, we were not able to find another hotel because this was a big event weekend, but we may have been better off sleeping in the car.
Do not stay at this hotel. Would not recommend to an enemy.

“Reminded us of a Greyhound bus terminal”

This was our first and last visit to an Extended Suites hotel. When we arrived at check-in, the clerk said her system was down, and that she would need to photocopy our credit card. But she couldn't figure out how to use the photocopier (she kept hitting it), and left several photocopies of our card lying around on both of her counters during our 15 minute check-in. She wanted us to sign two of the photocopies for her "files" - very strange. Then she wanted $15 extra to give us a room with two DOUBLE beds. When we arrived in the room, the kitchen trash was full from the night before. We put the entire can in the hallway, where it stayed until two days later when we checked out.

I agree with an earlier poster about the lobby feeling "sterile". It was also very smoky. When we loaded our luggage on the elevator, it was even more smoky - we got off and loaded up the stairway instead. The second floor hallway was also smoky. And at 2:30am we woke up to more cigarette smoke coming into our vent from another room.

There is no shampoo, hair dryer or functioning alarm clock in the room. The walls are very thin. You can't get a wake-up call, because the one employee who works in the hotel leaves at 11pm. The coffee maker in the room was gross, and the laminate was peeling off the kitchen counter. The towels are thin and about the size of our hand towels at home. The mattress was actually in fairly good shape for the rest of the hotel, but a bit firm for our taste.

I should also note that I only paid $35 for this room on Priceline, but Priceline has grossly mistaken this property to be a 2* quality - should be no more than 1*. About the only good thing going for this hotel is the Starbucks across the parking lot.

“Convenient, clean, moderately priced in Philly metro suburbs”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 October 2008

This was a convenient and moderately-priced extended stay hotel to stay at during the first week of a home remodel project.
Located between two large shopping malls, plenty of places to eat. Great heat in the room! - controlled by the guest. Refrigerator a bit noisy but I got used to it. I had checked out web reviews of several other moderate priced hotels in the King of Prussia/ Plymouth Meeting area, decided against them after reading reviews. This one was clean and quiet. Rooms have kitchenette area, just needed in the pantry larger bowls - cereal bowl size. Some token stationary would have been useful. Useful and clean laundramat area. Considering that guests may be doing extended stays, the front guest area (not check-in lobby) could use something to make it more cheerful, less sterile.

Hallways reaked

Do yourself a favor and don't stay there.
