The property seems to be a bit dated, but appears to be well tended and cared for by the staff. Everything was clean, and attractively decorated for the holidays. The service was professional and friendly.

We chose the hotel because of proximity to family. It served the purpose. Clean rooms, accommodating staff, and a nice lounge. Our room was updated and the hotel was quiet.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza because of the close location to family members over the Christmas holiday. The check in/out process was efficient and the front desk was friendly. Our room was on the top floor. We always stay on the top floor, as a quiet place to sleep is our #1 priority. The room was clean and only had one complaint - the coffee maker was missing a part. But wasn't a problem, since coffee was available downstairs. We took advantage of the breakfast offered downstairs. Ours was included in the price of our room. Breakfast included hot selections as well as baked goods and fruit. The food was good and the waiter was friendly. Our room did have a new t.v. and t.v. stand. Door swung out of the way so that viewing was accessible for everyone. Parking is plentiful.

I was visiting family for Thanksgiving, and stayed one night in the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was quick. The lobby was bright and clean. The room was comfortable and although updated it seemed dark and tired.
The bed was comfortable, and had options for pillows. There was a little sleep kit - earplugs, face mask(like you get on a first class flight). The bathroom was clean, and small toiletries were supplied, although they were generic.
There was fuzz on the carpet. i reached down to pick it up thinking we dragged it in, but there was a tooth from a comb there with the fuzz. We didn't use a comb, so I have to say that the carpet was not vacuumed-gross. We checked in late and tired, and checked out as soon as we got up, so I didn't say anything about it.
We did not use any hotel amenities. Check out was also very quick and friendly.
