Hotel is just outside Downtown Pitts. Nice and quiet, rooms were very nice and clean. Bathroom were well stocked with everything you needed. Check in was a breeze and the service was wonderful.

this was a great hotel to stay at. we went to the Thursday night Steeler game aganist the Browns. The hotel has a shuttle that took us to Station Square then we were able to the Clipper over the Heinz field. That was great for us. then after the game they picked us up. When we got back after the game we were hungry so the front desk gave us directions to the closest place to eat that was open at 130am, eat n park. Our service and room were amazing. will definately stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Oh, and the breakfast in the morning was wonderful also.....good coffee!!!!

Stayed two nights. Quick check in and accommodating staff. Had an issue with the toilet and housekeeping fixed right away. No other issue occurred. Standard rooms. The beds were supposed to be queen but seemed on the small side.

Really liked the overhead lights above the desk. Could leave them on all night for just enough illumination in case you need to get up and move around.

Wireless worked without an issue.

Typical Hampton Inn continental breakfast. Coffee, fruit, tea and hot chocolate are available 24 hrs a day which is nice.

The location is tricky BUT it really is just off a highway exit, turn left and another left then follow the road until you see the Hampton Inn sign.

Close to IKEA and lots of shopping. Greentree has some shops, Starbucks etc not far from the hotel. Downtown is about 15 mins or less so a great value just outside the city.

make sure you have good directions and a map if this is your first time. The roads are not straightforward in this area and this hotel is not visable from the highway. the room was clean and well appointed and everything seemed in good order. My wife actually used the workout area and said it was very nice and looked hardly used. I was surprised as the hotel price was much lower than most hotels in the area and the least expensive Hampton Inn.
