Stayed two nights. Quick check in and accommodating staff. Had an issue with the toilet and housekeeping fixed right away. No other issue occurred. Standard rooms. The beds were supposed to be queen but seemed on the small side.

Really liked the overhead lights above the desk. Could leave them on all night for just enough illumination in case you need to get up and move around.

Wireless worked without an issue.

Typical Hampton Inn continental breakfast. Coffee, fruit, tea and hot chocolate are available 24 hrs a day which is nice.

The location is tricky BUT it really is just off a highway exit, turn left and another left then follow the road until you see the Hampton Inn sign.

Close to IKEA and lots of shopping. Greentree has some shops, Starbucks etc not far from the hotel. Downtown is about 15 mins or less so a great value just outside the city.

make sure you have good directions and a map if this is your first time. The roads are not straightforward in this area and this hotel is not visable from the highway. the room was clean and well appointed and everything seemed in good order. My wife actually used the workout area and said it was very nice and looked hardly used. I was surprised as the hotel price was much lower than most hotels in the area and the least expensive Hampton Inn.

I came in for 2 nights for a wedding. Like I say above, clean and comfortable. The staff greets you on the way in and out. They have a shuttle that will take you where you want to go within 4-5 miles. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was actually excellent. The only complaint would be that the room did not have adequate lighting. The room was also very small but it was fine for me since I was alone. I would recommend it.

I booked here for a business meeting near Station Square in Pittsburgh, as I didn't want to pay the high prices for being downtown. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path with not many restaurants around it, but the staff was wonderful. I decided after driving to our meeting location that I really didn't want to fight the traffic and try to find parking there, and asked the front desk for cab info. They offered to take us in their shuttle in the morning so we could leave our car there. The ride was nice, and the driver ( a retired firefighter) gave us a delightful ride with interesting information about the area. They also picked us up that evening after the meeting, and that driver also shared interesting info during the ride. This was really above and beyond in my mind, but they are willing to provide shuttle within 5 miles to all their guests, making the location really very accessible for out-of-town travelers coming to the city.
