This is a very nice location, close to the Baseball park and the Football Stadium and Casino. The hotel was clean, parking was very close to the main Entrance, (Warning they do have a fee for parking) Staff was very friendly and the late night desk clerk was full of local info, very nice to have access to that kind of knowledge. Bed was very comfortable lots of pillows. Near major highway on and off ramps.

Staff was not friendliest. Failed to greet as you came into lobby or walked by front desk.
Parking - two staff members could not tell me street parking meter policy for Saturday morning. Claimed they did not want to be responsible if they got it wrong. But good service would assume responsibility for getting the information from the right source to help the guest prevent a tow. Good service would not say, I don't want to be involved. Perhaps the $18 to park in their lot motivated their disinclination to know the rules for meters on the weekend.

We were in town to see friends. We were probably not the typical business or sports-related traveler they seem to have there. Nevertheless, the facility was very nice, the staff was nice. The included breakfast was good. The young man at the desk cheerfully had the shuttle driver take us to an indoor mall when we asked him what we could do fairly nearby on a rainy day. Nothing at all to complain about.

there aren't convenience stores really close by, you have to go over the bridge and into downtown. was a nice walk but just slightly a pain in the tuhkis.
