Staff was not friendliest. Failed to greet as you came into lobby or walked by front desk.
Parking - two staff members could not tell me street parking meter policy for Saturday morning. Claimed they did not want to be responsible if they got it wrong. But good service would assume responsibility for getting the information from the right source to help the guest prevent a tow. Good service would not say, I don't want to be involved. Perhaps the $18 to park in their lot motivated their disinclination to know the rules for meters on the weekend.
