...but we were tired and we wanted to stay near a nearby restaurant. I didn't really want to stay there but with tired kids I decided to roll the dice. This place scores a 2 on my cleanliness meter. The scent of industrial strength cleaner was nauseating. I had checked for bed bugs before committing to the room, but am horrified now to see other reviewers mention that they have them. Front desk attendant was nice, and so that's why I gave an extra rating point. Value was non-existent.

Stayed here to be closer to downtown so we didnt have to drive. Not bad at all, and there is a bar attached, makes it even better!

OMG this has got to be the most gross hotel ever. Lobby is dingy dark and very dirty. I can not believe this was a Comfort Inn. Desk staff barely speaks English. Think they might be Indian. I'm sure India has better hotels. Was very late, and was very tired. Room was run down, carpet was gross. My white socks were black. The dresser drawers barely pulled out. No entry light, half the lamps worked. Room smelled damp and moldy. Might have been the mold growing out of the shower. Chairs broken, springs hanging so no place to sit. Did not dare sleep under the covers. Yes the stained, burn whole filled comforter. Did not help because i was woken up many times by slamming doors and drunken laughter. After the sounds of the night life stopped, I was woken up by itching. Once I found a lamp that worked I found BED BUGS crawling on me. I took a quick shower, trying not to touch the mold in the tub. No hot water. I left quickly.

OMG<OMG Walked in lobby ,it smelled .Women at desk not very professional. Got to room ,it was filthy,stains on furniture,a wire on clock spliced with another wire and taped together with electrical tape !Bathroom mold,rust and stains in sink.Checked for bedbugs and thought all was well .NO WAY my husband had a bed bug on his shirt .(We took photos).I was at breakfast in the lobby made the waffle and took a bite and it was SOUR tasting,well batter was spoiled..This place needs to be shut down.I will be notifing the Pittsburgh health dept.This is the first Comfort Inn that we have stayed in that was so,so BAD.
