The location was great - a quiet spot near a shopping center area, and about 10 minutes from the airport. The rooms are regular Residence Inn suites, so they are spacious with average-quality furnishings. This place is showing its age, and the rooms and lobby have obvious wear-and-tear. There are not elevators in all the buildings.
At check-in, I asked for a quiet room, so the clerk gave me a 3rd floor room. I didn't have much luggage, so there was no problem for me to walk up the stairs. The room was isolated for the noise of other rooms, but it had its own noises. The ventilation was quite noisy - well above the threshold for "white noise." I like to turn on the climate control fan only to generate white noise, but this was way too loud for that (the fans in both the living area and the bedroom were noisy).
The room was only OK for cleanliness - a little mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom and a less-than-fresh smell for the room overall. Not nasty by any means, just sub-par.
On the plus side, there is free wired and wireless internet - Wi-Fi worked fine. Breakfast was free.
I would stay here again because of the location and value - free internet. free breakfast, close to the airport, not expensive. I stayed at the Pittsburgh Marriot Airport beofre, which is (of course) nicer, but there are surcharges for internet access, surcharges for printing boarding passes, no free breakfast, and they are regular sized hotel rooms.
