We stayed at this hotel while visiting my child at a local college. We had a 2 bedroom Trio suite. It was very nice. Everything seemed new and worked well and it was very clean. No bedbugs here! The lobby and halls are very nice, plenty of and free parking. Staff is very kind. Everything was wonderful. They have a business centre and workout room as well as a hot free breakfast of eggs, sausage and bagles. We paid about $150 a night, that value in this area just can't be beat. Near King of Prussia mall and about a 20 minute drive into Center City, Philly. I did wish they had an indoor pool but it's fine. Overall, a great place, clean and comfortable for your stay with some nice extras.

We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite. The bed is super comfortable. The suite has nice kitchenette with good amenities. Included full hot breakfast is great. Nothing to complain about.

Stayed here overnight on a longer trip and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We had 5 adults in a trio suite. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sectional couch in the living area was so comfortable we didn't even bother to pull out the bed; just slept on it as is! The free breakfast was great. Nice selection with both hot and cold items. The laundry facility was a great convenience since we were traveling for 10 days. Wish we would have had this hotel at our final destination in Alexandria Virginia.

It's too bad that I have to write this poor review. The staff was very helpful, the location and facilities were great, BUT... after awaking on the foldout sofa after just 1 night, our 2 young kids were covered from waist to knees with red bites from bedbugs. The sofa must have been infested. Now we're afraid that we brought them home with us. Needless to say, the hotel will be receiving a cleaning bill for our laundry.
