Kathy and Cookie made my stay Amazing! They run a clean, friendly affordable B&B that offers a perfect combination of privacy and convienance to nearby attractions. Ever willing to please their customers, they upgraded my room for free! The fireplace was easy to use and made my comfy and welcoming. The morning breakfast and smiles were icing on the cake. 5 stars all around!!

My husband and I just returned from a night at the Pineapple Hill B & B. It was our second stay as we visited last year for our anniversary. We love the charm and warmth of this B & B. I read several recent reviews on this site, and I almost question if those, from negative nellies, even stayed there! The place was very clean. Our room, Isabella, was quaint and unique. Our fireplace was so cozy and kept us toasty all night! Our breakfast, on both occasions, was country delicious. My husband was disppointed Kathryn wasn't making french toast on this trip, but only until he tasted her pancakes topped with apples. He had to skip lunch after all that he ate! Everything is done with attention and care. We love to talk to Kathryn and Cookie about the area, interests, and great restaurants. I believe there is a romantic magic about the Pineapple Hill B & B. We even purchased mugs last year to bring some of the warmth and romance back home. We will visit again and again.

As soon as my husband & I walked into the B&B at Pineapple Hill Inn in New Hope, Pa, we noticed alot of dusts on the floor and cobwebs by the lights. There were too many different colors and nothing in there matched. When we got to our room, I noticed alot of dust on top of the dressers and also all around the fireplace. We stayed in the Buckland room and our bathroom was across the hall in which the couple staying next door to us used our bathroom and it was our private bathroom. There was hair all in the sink and in the walk in shower as well. This place was over HORRIBLE and I would not recommned this place to anybody. Breakfast in the morning was pancakes and sausages and the sausages tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile and they were pink in the middle. The pancakes tasted rubbery. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!! my husband noticed a little mouse in our room as we were leaving. I was so glad to leave that place and will NEVER RETURN!!!

I checked into many of the New Hope B and B's, some were dirty, some downright scary and all of them were a great deal more expensive...with no fireplace, no wifi or cable tv. I chose the best one around! We just spent two days there, our room was wonderful, clean and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up except the smell of breakfast had me leaping out of bed. Everyone was so friendly and helpful..Kathy offering to make me tea, hot chocolate etc. and the staff so friendly too. Cookie was a doll and we discussed our love of Deli...:) I'd go back in a heartbeat..we had no trouble with the fireplace. It amazes me how some people just can't be pleased but then I would imagine those are the same people who are never pleased! I plan to go back again and I miss it already...clean, friendly, budget friendly and it was nice to be out of town...we loved it. Don't listen to the naysayers! go for it.
