Please think twice about frequenting this establishment. My co-workers gave my husband and I a $125 gift certificate and we planned a reservation. The night before our check-in day I was hospitalized and when I called Pineapple Hill they told me there was absolutely nothing they could do. I was in the hospital for 3 days. In the meantime, they happily pocketed the money and offered me NOTHING. Not a breakfast muffin.... a discount in the future... nothing. In fact, I wrote several emails, to which I got NO response at all. A co-worker of mine spoke with the owner of the inn, even offering to come and show her the hospitalization papers as proof of a true emergency, and she was curt and impolite. This is NOT a business to support. Customer relations mean NOTHING and there is apparently no reasonable, human behavior/caring when it comes to a true unforeseen emergency.
