My family and I stayed at this particular Comfort Inn during August. We had a group booking and as is normal with a group booking, we had multiple rooms and each family/room had various requests which the manager and assistant manager accomodated to the best of their abilities. Our rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff is incredibly polite, accomodating, and friendly - they went above and beyond our expectations in meeting our needs and providing services and assistance to us. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and despite this, there is minimal traffic noise and we slept without disturbance. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and has varying choices - if you want a hot greasy breakfast with good coffee and tea they definitely have it :) as well as cereal, fresh waffles, and healthy options with yogurt, fruit, and whole wheat/whole grain breads. Our stay was, quite unfortunately, during the weekend of Hurrican Irene; not only did the Reception Staff allow our group a late checkout to give us time to plan our driving routes depending on the weather and road conditions in the morning, they also gave us peace of mind about clearing all our bills when the area suffered a storm related power outage the morning we were checking out. As promised (and delivered!), a few days later each of us received copies of our bills and the receipts confirming our settled hotel bills via email. I can honestly say we were all very happy with this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in and the staff was so nice and friendly and could not do enough for us. The location was great since we were going to 6 flags great adventure. The breakfast was also very good and we even managed to eat there instead of going to a restaurant. The selection was really different from other places we stayed at with lots of fresh food. And one of the things we noticed was that the room was so quite at night. I stayed at Comfort Inn for 3 days and they could not get the horrible smell out of my room even after I asked them to use the ionizer:( It was some sort of chemical smell and I was at least relieved that the clerk who was extremely nice and apologetic could smell it also. I slept under the covers.
Breakfast was not at all healthy. The scrambled eggs were cold hard and dry. The sausage was greasy. They had the smallest apples I have ever seen and they always ran out of fresh fruit early. I bought my own healthy oatmeal. The packages most hotels provide are loaded with sugar and processing
I took a bath in the whirlpool and there was a residue in the tub I assume there was crud in the jets.

My family and I stayed there for our daughter's first trip to Sesame Place. The package (from the Sesame Place website) included two day tickets for my wife, daughter (2) and myself, as well as a free picture from Sesame Place. The first room we stayed in had a bad smoke smell (the whole hotel is non-smoking). I spoke to the hotel staff and they immediately moved us to another room - they were very helpful and kind. Our new room smelled a lot better, but the fridge seemed to be on it's last legs. Other than that, the room was nice and served it's purpose well. The free breakfast each morning was welcome start to the morning. I would recommend the Comfort Inn for a family looking for a place to stay while visiting Sesame Place.
