Me and my family travel to Pittsburgh each Fourth of July and this was no exception we couldnt stay at our normal hotel the Comfort Inn so we chose this place. The rooms were nice and clean tv was great but the customer service wasnt great at all. We practically had to beg for extra towels for our room and an two extra pillows. I might stay here again only if I had too

On my way from Washington, DC to Buffalo I just needed a place to rest for the night and I chose this one, after reading about it here at Trip Advisor, and it served the purpose very well.
Easy to book online, and the final bill is what you have agreed (no tricks). Pretty clean overall, friendly people working there and easy acess. If all you need is a clean, decent place to rest before facing the road again, look no further. Definitly good value for the money

Decided to stay north of Pittsburgh to save some money. I was relatively impressed with this establishment. I arrived here without reservations as I was fleeing the nearby Red Roof Inn due to bed bug issues there.

When I came in the front door I just happened to walk in when the front desk was checking in some sort of girls sports team. I figured I would be waiting forever but the clerk at the front was very speedy at getting the team checked in and dealt with me as soon as she could.

I explained I didn't have reservations and that I just checked out of the Red Roof due to discovering bed bugs upon check in. The woman at the front desk noted that they take this problem very seriously at her establishment and she assured me there were no problems in her Super 8 and she even invited me to inspect the room before checking in or signing any paperwork. I was impressed with this gesture and I checked the room and it was very clean with no problems.

My stay at the Super 8 was very pleasant, the room was comfortable, the Internet worked great, and I would stay here again without hesitation. I highly recommend this establishment. In fact, for the price, this place was a great deal.

Be very careful of some of the other establishments nearby. There is a bed bug problem in North Cranberry township / Mars area. Read the reviews before you stay anywhere and make sure the place you stay at is clean.

we checked in late on Monday night on our way back from Ohio. We arrived around 11:30pm, carried sleeping children into the room, got settled and smelled something very bad which seemed to be right by the one bed my children were in. I was in stocking feet and felt wetness on the floor and realized the smell was vomit. It was obviously "cleaned" up but still reaked. There was a stain on the side of the bed from the vomit. I walked to the desk to tell them. The woman gave me a spray botttle and told me to tell her if it helped. After walking back to our room, I was furious. My friend, walked back out to find someone to move us, but the front desk staff was outside smoking. We were informed they were booked solid. They made no attempts to find us any other arrangements. The woman couldn't even find a number for a hotel aside from the disgusting Motel 6. So we packed the kids back up in the car. I checked out only to be informed that she was not authorized to refund me my money, but the manager would be in at 10 am. I told her she either had to refund me the money or get the manager on the phone. I said it was unacceptable that they would expose people to a medical waste. I told her I wasn't leaving this desk until she did something. She managed to get me a refund, but seemed baffled why it was bothering us to stay in the room. She kept stating she could give us air freshner.
The building did appear new. We are not picky people at all. We only needed this place to sleep for 7 hours.
Their customer service was absolutely ridiculous. I would stay away.
